Get together at Stephen's

We went to Stephen's today to have a barbeque. Papaw and his grandson's.
Sarah and Grandma
This is Sarah's mom, Michele
The ducks are not afraid of anything, or anyone. Jackson watched as they walked right onto the patio.
What can I say about this picture? Go Bucks!!!!

Canal Days Parade

Stephen, Sarah and Aiden came for the weekend of Canal Days. We took Aiden and Jackson to the parade and they both loved it. Aiden didn't take his eyes off of anything going by.
Jackson sat in his stroller sucking his two favorite fingers until the fire trucks went by with their siren...

As you can see, it scared the living daylights out of him.
Mamaw, Jackson and Great Grandma after the parade.

Jackson's New Bath Seat

Grandma and Grandad bought Jackson a new bath seat. He loves it. I think I am more wet than he is when he is done with his bath. Thanks Grandma and Grandad.

Jackson's Dedication

On August 12th, Eric and I had Jackson dedicated at church. Pastor Steve took him in his arms and said he probably had already been drafted for the NFL. I said he has to play for Ohio State first. The day was very special and I am so thankful that Pastor Steve was able to dedicate him before he left. He received his first bible and a certificate

We had a get together after the dedication and Aiden was all tuckered out. He loves playing with Jackson's things.
As you can see, Jackson was all tuckered out too.

Sunset at Tappan Lake

What a sight!! We had such a great time with family on the lake. We enjoyed boating, cooking out and relaxing by the fire.

The other night, I went in to check on Jackson and this was the position he was in.
I put Jackson down for a nap and when I went in to get him, this is the way I found him. I don't know how long he was in this position, but from the hand print on his face, it must have been a while.

Uncle Jon stopped by and spent some time with us.

Jackson is starting to get up on his hands and knees. He hasn't figured out how to "go" yet, but it won't be long. He kind of goes backwards.

Daisy looks really onery here...she wants that ball so bad she can't stand it. Two pictures up will show you Daisy in the background with the ball she is staring at in this picture.

Another bath at Grandma's, his hair is actually laying down here...only because it's wet though.

Gotta love those eye's...
Jenny and I had lunch at Thomas's today.
Jenny, Lee and their boys moved to West Virginia a little over a month and a half ago. We sure do miss them.

The Girls Get Together

Sara, Cooksey, Stefanie, Mandy and I spent Saturday out at Sara's cabin. We fished and ate and had a great time. Lot's of laughing.

Jackson having fun outside.

Jackson loved pulling the grass and the flowers. Of course, it went straight to his mouth.

A visit from Machella

Jackson and I had a visitor today. Machella, who was one of my cheerleaders and graduated this past year, is moving to Arizona tomorrow. She will be attending nursing school. We enjoyed having her and will miss her.
