We Went to the Zoo!!

We went to the Columbus Zoo on May 18th. Stephen, Sarah, Aiden, Eric, Jackson and me. We had an awesome time. Sarah's mom got us free tickets to get in through where she works. It was closed to the public. The weather was a bit chilly, but the animals were out and about. Jackson loved it. He was wide-eyed the entire time. He is an animal lover just like his mommy and daddy.

Jackson wasn't too sure about this.

You can't even believe how close we were to the tiger. He got a drink of water and then layed down right in front of us, the only thing that separated us was the glass. We literally could have petted him had the glass not been there.


Jackson loves "tur-turs". He would sit straight up and peer over his stroller. Too cute.
I never realized how much our side profile's are alike.

This is a highly poisonous frog. I love the color.
Endangered as well.
It is so pretty over there. Peaceful, I could just sit here on a bench all day and watch the water.

If you look closely at the gorilla above, he is smiling. He was laying down right by the glass and was smiling at us as we passed by.

What a great time we had, can't wait to do it again. How cute are they looking at the animals together!?

Aiden turns 3!!!!

Aiden turned three years old on May 13th!! Stephen and Sarah had his birthday party on May 17th in Columbus. As you can see from the pictures below, Jackson was exhausted. They had so much fun together.

This is Sarah's dad, Doug. Jackson had a lot of fun playing with him.
All he wanted to do was climb up the steps. He didn't even go towards the ones that go downstairs.
Aiden had blue icing on his cake as you can see.

Grandma and Papa got him a "Mobile Rescue Unit"...Diego. He loves Diego!! I bought him a few of the animals that go with it.

My other little man is growing up. Happy Birthday Aiden!!!! We love you!
